From early childhood to adult learning, SFGW School offers joyful, rigorous, and inclusive Jewish education—rooted in tradition, animated by curiosity, and connected to community.

Whole-Person Learning

Our programs integrate Hebrew and Judaics with general studies, arts, and social-emotional learning. Students build skills, character, and a sense of belonging—at school, at home, and in the wider community.

Early Childhood (Ages 2–5)

Play-based exploration, Hebrew songs, Shabbat circles, and emergent literacy/numeracy with a warm, nurturing faculty.

K–8 Day School

Integrated general studies and Judaics, project-based learning, Hebrew language, Tefillah, STEM, and arts.

Hebrew School (After-School)

Weekly sessions focused on Hebrew literacy, holidays, values (middot), and community service learning.

B-Mitzvah Preparation

Individualized tutoring for Torah/Haftarah chanting, D’var Torah coaching, prayer leadership, and mitzvah projects.

Teen Programs

Leadership labs, madrichim (assistant teacher) training, Israel seminars, and social action cohorts.

Adult Learning

Hebrew for beginners, text study (Tanakh, Talmud), Jewish thought, parenting workshops, and holiday how-tos.

Inclusion & Support

Differentiated instruction, learning support, sensory-friendly options, and partnership with families and specialists.

Hebrew & Judaics

Communicative Hebrew, meaningful prayer experiences, and values-driven learning connected to real life.

Community & Culture

Shabbat/holiday celebrations, tikkun olam projects, family education, and partnerships with local organizations.

Schedules & Placement

  • Early Childhood: Half-day or full-day; extended care available
  • K–8 Day School: Mon–Fri • 8:15 AM–3:30 PM • Clubs 3:45–5:00 PM
  • Hebrew School: 1–2 afternoons/week • 3:45–5:45 PM
  • Teen & Adult: Evening seminars and Sunday intensives
